The main race of the weekend is the XTERRA off-road triathlon, with a 1K swim, followed by a 27.5K bike and finished up with an 8K trail run.

The 1000m swim consists of two 500m laps in Hagg Lake, and the course will make you leave the water after the first lap and jump back in.  The start will be a shoreline start.

The bike course has a small loop that is about 6K and then a large loop, which is approximately 21K, that goes clockwise around the lake.  About 72% of the course is on dirt trails.

The run course is an out and back on Hagg Lake Trail. Total distance is 8K.
