Join us for a free local yoga session on the Avon Performance Pavilion lawn at Nottingham Park. Bringing your own mat is encouraged, but the event will have a few extras for out-of-town visitors to use. Find a few minutes of relaxation to the right of the stage on the lower lawn close to the lake. No registration is necessary. All are welcome.
