Bike - 8K (14-15yrs)

1 loop of 8 km. Most of the trails are easy levels. Passage on 2 footbridges. The most technical section of the course is located from km 5.5 to 5.9 (400m downhill from the Flowrentide) which is intermediate level for some short passages. The end of the loop is in the easy level jumpline, pumptrack and skill zone which can be ridden without jumps easily at low or medium speed. Control your speed in these sections, especially if you are a beginner.

Easy to intermediate level 2.5 km loop. If you are a beginner, do not hesitate to walk the more technical sections. The first 1.4 km is an uphill false flat that is not very technical for the majority of the section. The most technical section of the course is located from km 1.4 to 1.7 (300m descent on a superb course along the cliff). The aid station is located at km 0.6.
