CANCELATION POLICY
With Cancellation Pack
Cancellation pack must be taken out at the time of registration and cannot be taken out later (€ 15).
Cancellation and 100% refund of the registration amount (excluding administration fees) possible until August 2nd 2023.
Cancellation and refund possible for personal reasons without proof or due to the cancellation of the event.
A postponement to the following edition is not possible.
Without Cancellation Pack
Cancellation possible until July 12th 2023 with partial refund (€ 35).
A postponement to the following edition is not possible.
The transfer of registration to another participant is possible until July 12th 2023 (€ 15 administration fee).
Minimum age: 18 during the year (16 for relay).
The withdrawal of bibs can only be done by the 3 athletes themselves, by presenting an identity document as well as the license or the medical certificate of the 3 participants dated less than 6 months before the date of the race.
Swimsuit is allowed if water temperature is below 23°C. It is mandatory if water is below 16°C.
Please notice swim recon is not allowed the days before the race.
