The duathlon is a perfect way for athletes to take part in off-road trail sports without the need to swim.
The first run consists of two 1K laps (2K total) in smooth and easy terrain.
To conquer the demanding mountain bike track, riders must complete two 12K laps, culminating in a total distance of 24K.
The second run consists of a moderately technical 8K trail run course with a mixture of flat and small rolling hills.
