I have helped athletes new to triathlon to veteran senior athletes overcome medical issues and complete their ironman goals. As a team, my wife Cindy Dallow PhD, RD and I have helped numerous triathletes, endurance runners, and cyclists over the past 5 years.

Philosophy

It is critical to understand where the athlete you are working with is coming from. Endurance athletes can be complex creatures. Our coaching is science based, and tailored to the athlete’s abilities with ample one to one education being an important part of the process. Being successful in endurance racing requires a team approach.
