High Level Coaching Experience

I've been a coach of Luwan running club since 2015, which is the most influential running club in Shanghai, I am responsible for the design of weekly training plans. I've also been a coach for triathlon and marathon camps for a local triathlon club in Shanghai from 2015 to 2016.

I've provided one-on-one coaching since 2017, & have helped several athletes finish their first triathlon and long distance running races, some of them were on the podium.

Philosophy

My actual job is a software engineer, I am very interested in data, so my training principle is also based on data, as well as frequently communicating with my athletes. In my opinion, for amateur athletes, you not only coach their training and races, but also teach them how to live healthy. Less is more, I always keep learning and practicing how to save time for more effective training and reduce risk while improving athletes performance level.
