I've been training in triathlon for 9 years & have been a successful amateur athlete. I'm an experienced Firefighter coach—the training I managed was outdoor rescue and swift water swim response. I have deep experience in the organization of outdoor training. I'm looking forward to introducing the world of XTERRA to Taiwanese athletes.

Philosophy

My main philosophy about training is maintaining a solid life balance as an athlete. The reason I love XTERRA is the 'Live. More.' motto, which allows us to break through personal limits & achieve goals we'd never otherwise reach.
