High Level Coaching Experience

Head coach of Bath Amphibians age group club aged just 19 years old (70members), worked on behalf of the British Triathlon coaching Olympic program athletes based in Bath, coach to Nicole Walters Paralympic bronze medalist (guide) Silver and Bronze ITU cross triathlon worlds, gold ETU cross triathlon Europeans, winner of XTERRA Greece and Taiwan, coached 4 AG athletes to Maui qualification.

Philosophy

Coaching athletes to make good decisions whilst under aerobic discomfort! It's not just about being the fittest, it's about having the whole package to explore just how could be. I encourage my athletes to think for themselves, to have fun and generally be awesome human beings. Getting those three things right makes gaining fitness and achieving goals easy. How to do that depends 100% on the athlete, working together as a team to identify what makes them tick before adapting their training around their lifestyle.
